Request to Remove Cliqz Search Results
On May 13th 2014 the Court of Justice of the European Union (C-131/12) ruled that people have the right to ask search engines to remove results for queries that include their name. European residents can ask to remove results containing their name if the results do not respect the person’s privacy rights, that is, the information provided is inadequate, excessive, inaccurate or outdated.
The information submitted through this form will be used to handle the cases individually. Please provide accurate and correct information. All fields are required. Making a request does not guarantee the result to be removed from our results. Cliqz must balance individual privacy rights with the public interest and the free access to information.
